EFT Professional Skills 1 - Next Step - Small Group Sign Up

Thank you for enrolling in EFT Professional Skills 1! 

IMPORTANT NEXT STEP.  If you have not already done so, please view the EFT PS1 small group Zoom calendar and lock in your small group session day and time. The course launches on September 1, 2025. The small group Zoom sessions begin the week of September 8 and are weekly for the duration of the course. There will be no class week of October 13. The last week of class will be week of October 20th. Be sure to choose a time that you can attend for 6 weeks on same day of the week and time. It’s important to do this early, because there are only 6 slots per session! If you've already completed this step, thank you!

Once on the scheduling site, you’ll see a list of available days and times and the number of slots left for each session. 

You're signing up for the first Zoom session on the day and time you desire. The Zoom sessions are held on the same day time each week small group  sessions are held. The dates for each session time are visible under each button. Before you can finalize your time slot, you'll need to agree to our Release and Participation Agreement and read and agree to our Absence Policy. 

The week the class opens, you’ll receive a link to Zoom and the videoconference call that will be used for all 6 sessions.

DEADLINE FOR SCHEDULING YOUR GROUP: 10/11/2025

You can access the Welcome and Introduction module as soon as you sign up. You'll be able to see the rest of the modules on September 1.  Put your cursor over the welcome tab and you will see the introduction section.

FACEBOOK GROUP

We invite you to join our private Facebook group, where you can ask questions, discuss the course, and get information from ACEP and from our course facilitators. The group will be monitored by ACEP staff and one of the facilitators. The group is a closed group. To find it, go to ACEP's Facebook page and click Groups. You'll need to request to be added. (This is totally optional - if you don't use social media, you don't need to be in the group. We wanted to have a place where open discussion was possible.)

NAVIGATING THE COURSE

This course has two components: self-study (watching videos, readings) and live videoconference group sessions.

All course modules are available on September 1, 2025. You must complete each week’s modules and homework before the next Zoom group session.

Zoom sessions begin the week of September 8, 2025 (Orientation). There will be No Class the week of October 13 (your last small group session will be week of October 20).

Coursework Opens to students September 1 : Review location of the tapping points for both The Basic Recipe and the 9-Gamut Series. These can be found in Module 3, pages 14-15.

Orientation Week:  September 8-12 (Zoom Session Orientation) Complete Welcome to ACEP’s EFT PS1 Modules 1-4, Week 1 Quiz before Zoom session #1

Week 1:  September 15-19  Zoom Session #1: Complete Modules 5-8, Week 2 Quiz before Zoom session #2

Week 2: September 22-28 Zoom Session #2: Complete Modules 9-11, Week 3 Quiz before Zoom session #3

Week 3: September 29-October 3 Zoom Session #3: Complete Modules 12-17, Week 4 Quiz before Zoom session #4

Week 4: October 6-10  Zoom Session #4: Complete All Modules before Zoom session next week

No Class week of October 13-17 (in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day)

Week 5: October 20-24  Final small group session #5 Final Exam available

After Week 5, you will be granted access the final test and evaluation if you have completed all Zoom sessions and course material. This will be how you will also apply for CE credits.
